Every patron of the Johns Hopkins Spring Fair can look back with fond memory of his or her favorite Fair food. The wide variety of locally and nationally renowned vendors is sure to please even the pickiest eater. Recent favorites have ranged from classical carnival funnel cakes and kettle corn to exotic ethnic choices like Jamaican Jerk chicken and Thai stir-fry. Both vendors and patrons alike eagerly await the opportunity to sample everything Spring Fair has to offer. This year we hope to host 35 or more food vendors, guaranteeing traditions like fried Oreos as well as new savory experiences.
